New settings and use for my LiveJournal

I'm making changes to my LiveJournal.

Because much of the public content on here dates very far back, often to another place and time, I've decided to hide all of it.

From here forth, I'll only be posting on my LiveJournal when I want to post to the group of friends whom I have left on here.

I have opened a new blog at http://acrossthline.net and can also be found elsewhere on the intarwebs at:
http://facebook.com/billw
http://twitter.com/welense
http://billwelense.com/

On a sentimental note, I feel this is the best time of any to say that I feel it's sad to see what happened to LiveJournal. What I assume is that it was the bureaucracy of that ensued with an acquisition by Six Apart that did not permit the site grow organically. (For what it's worth, I'm not blaming Six Apart here, my new blog is actually hosted on TypePad.) With momentum and potential LJ had back before Facebook and Twitter were all the rage, LJ could have remained something unique. The problem though is that LJ is simply not a blogging platform, it is a social tool for communities. While it can be used as a blog, that is not its strength, due in part because LJ has banned from the beginning the embedding of HTML/JavaScript/Flash widgets that are commonplace on blog sidebars.

Even though the new management seems to be very keen on making great things happen with LJ, the site simply is simply not what it was when I signed up. That said, I am still a proud owner of a permanent account and will continue to post here for years to come, albeit more intimately and to a smaller audience.

Thanks Derek. You know, one of the things I initially considered was syndicating my new blog back over to LJ, so you guys who have me on your friends page could continue to read my posts. I don't think that would necessarily be a bad thing, so I think I'll look into doing that.

Hello.
Steps for the not so bright on how burn bewitched!!First of all its a sony product..duh copyright!!step 1) download dvd fab new version from afterdawn.comAsks for a folder on your computer (its about 4.5 Gigabytes if you dont have 4.5 on your comp i suggest not to burn DVDs0Step2) once downloaded files into your computer usually C; drive open up dvd shrinkStep 3) make sure open folder in DVD Shrink look for folder called whatever you called it when you used dvd fab (by the way if you dont have the new shrink download it from afterdawn.com)Step 4) on the right side you will a bunch of files consisting of menu, title, special features the garbage which i usually dont burn but hey too each there own.step 5) look under files to right under main menu right click and drag to the left this file you can preview after by clicking it.Step 6: click on create a backup (this is an .iso file if you dont know what this is, well its not a dvd yet) it will ask where to save on your c: drive ****remember this iso file will be about 4 GIG so again you should have this amount of free space on your computer..Step 7) if you haveant downloaded "new" version of DVD Decrypter download the new one now if you have old crap get rid of it otherwise some glitches..in DVD Decrypter select open file look for your new iso image...blah blah blah hitokay then burn image, if you have DVD Decrypter on your comp already after DVD Shrink creates backup it asks do you want to burn it..Trick sometimes you have to burn it on slower speeds to get it all but usually not...otherwise you will get a perfectly good copy of bewitched..if this doesnt help..well you probably should be burning so buy a copy of any dvd and good luckany questions open new linksigned Exper dvd hack

Thanks for the information. I think that you should wash your face at least 3 to 4 times a day. You’ll be surprised how much better your face will look.
